Before you arrive:

Please take some time to fill out the paperwork before you came in so we are better able to serve you. Your paperwork will be emailed to you once you schedule your appointment. 

Make sure to have a light snack before coming to your treatment and wear loose fitting clothing (clothes that can be rolled up to the elbows and knees). 

FAQ:

What can I expect at the consultation?: At the first visit, we will go over your current concerns and your health goals. We will devise an appropriate treatment plan and you can receive your first treatment.  

How many treatments will I need?: The number of treatments needed is dependent on the condition and how long it has been occurring. This will be addressed at the consultation. 

Do you accept insurance?: We can provide a detailed receipt called a superbill that can be submitted for reimbursement if it is a covered benefit.
