Acupuncture treatment: $150

Payment is due at the time of service. We are currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. We do not participate with any other insurances, but can offer a superbill that you can submit for reimbursment. 

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. There is a $40 late cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your secheduled appointment. If you fail to cancel, you will be charged the full price of the appointment.
